Hy there my fellow citizens of this amazingly beautiful Mother Earth of… Not Ours !!! We tend to forget that and treat it as if we would have another habitable sphere on wich to live, in the back of our pocket…. but that’s a topic for another discussion…
A few day ago… I think it was days… maybe weeks… Time is an illusion Einstein was right! Anyway somewhere in the past I decided to make a little bit more wider my mark on this digital world we all drown into :))) and I started to build up a Library !
As I do believe and live by the motto…
“Sharing is caring!”
Here with delight and joy I present to You, Free Spirit’s Library named how else than…
*Note: It's a Never Ending work in progress, as I am one little • that is bound to the same illusion of Time, as every other • is 😉 :))
So I would suggest you make frequent visits on the Discord server, as I add books and much interesting food for the mind all the time !
Thank you for your time !!!
May knowledge enlighten your path and make you evolve and thrive, if not for us then for the generations to come, so they can walk and look behind them, and say...
"Hey look, we are walking on shoulders of giants..."

“A fixed money supply, or a supply altered only in accord with objective and calculable criteria, is a necessary condition to a meaningful just price of money.”
Fr. Bernard W. Dempsey, S.J. (1903-1960)
In a centralized economy, currency is issued by a central bank at a rate that is supposed to match the growth of the amount of goods that are exchanged so that these goods can be traded with stable prices. The monetary base is controlled by a central bank. In the United States, the Fed increases the monetary base by issuing currency, increasing the amount banks have on reserve or by a process called Quantitative Easing.
In a fully decentralized monetary system, there is no central authority that regulates the monetary base. Instead, currency is created by the nodes of a peer-to-peer network.
The Bitcoin generation algorithm defines, in advance, how currency will be created and at what rate. Any currency that is generated by a malicious user that does not follow the rules will be rejected by the network and thus is worthless.
Currency with Finite Supply
Block reward halvingControlled supply
Bitcoins are created each time a user discovers a new block. The rate of block creation is adjusted every 2016 blocks to aim for a constant two week adjustment period (equivalent to 6 per hour.)
The number of bitcoins generated per block is set to decrease geometrically, with a 50% reduction every 210,000 blocks, or approximately four years. The result is that the number of bitcoins in existence will not exceed slightly less than 21 million.
Speculated justifications for the unintuitive value “21 million” are that it matches a 4-year reward halving schedule; or the ultimate total number of Satoshis that will be mined is close to the maximum capacity of a 64-bit floating point number. Satoshi has never really justified or explained many of these constants.
Cumulated bitcoin supply
This decreasing-supply algorithm was chosen because it approximates the rate at which commodities like gold are mined. Users who use their computers to perform calculations to try and discover a block are thus called Miners.

The supply of Bitcoin is fixed at 21 million BTC, and as a hard coded monetary policy of the protocol, the fixed supply of the dominant cryptocurrency cannot be altered.
Former Google Product Director Steve Lee stated that only 1 percent of the world’s population can own more than 0.28 BTC, due to the fixed supply of Bitcoin.
If you own 0.28 BTC and HODL, you can be certain no more than 1% of the current world's population can EVER own more BTC than you. A modest investment of $1,830 today can ensure you are a 1%er in a future Bitcoin world. https://t.co/9k3XZa09Yo
In late 2017, Chainalysis, a blockchain forensics company that monitors and investigates cryptocurrency transactions, revealed in a research paper that up to four million BTC are permanently lost on the blockchain as a result of theft, loss of wallets and private keys, and the dormant wallet of Bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto, which experts have said is no longer accessible.
Kim Grauer, Senior Economist at Chainalysis, said at the time, that the lost supply of BTC is not taken into consideration by the market cap. That means, the real price of BTC could be substantially higher, as 4 to 6 million BTC are estimated to be lost.
Based on the estimate that the supply of Bitcoin is around 17 million, only 0.8 percent of the world population can own more than 0.28 BTC and less than 0.2 of the world population can own more than 1 BTC.
The 0.28 BTC figure introduced by Lee assumes the supply of Bitcoin to be 21 million, as it divides 21 million by 0.28 and divides the outcome of that by the world population that is 7.442 billion. If the research of Chainalysis is accurate and that 4 to 6 million BTC are lost on the blockchain, the supply of Bitcoin should be closer to around 16 to 17 million
The fact that any investor in the global market can be within the 1 percent of the world population with a $1,830 investment demonstrates that the cryptocurrency market is still at its early phase, and in terms of adoption, market development, infrastructure, and regulation, the sector can still grow significantly in the mid to long-term.

The relative value of any two curren- cies—the exchange rate—is determined through their sale and purchase on the global foreign exchange market. If government policy interferes with this market by changing the relative supply or demand of currencies, the exchange rate is managed.
The trilemma of international finance, is a restriction on government policy that follows immediately from the interaction of exchange rates, monetary policy and international capital flows.
Trilemma of International Finance
The trilemma states that any country can have only two of the following:
(1) Unrestricted international capital markets.
(2) A managed exchange rate.
(3) An independent monetary policy.
If the government wants a managed exchange rate but does not want to interfere with international capital flows, it must use monetary policy to accommodate changes in the demand for its currency in order to stabilize the exchange rate.
In the extreme, this would take the form of a currency board arrangement, where the domestic currency is fully backed by a foreign currency (as in the case of Hong Kong).
In such a situation, monetary policy can no longer be used for domestic purposes (it is no longer independent).
If a country wishes to maintain control over monetary policy to reduce domestic unemployment or inflation, for example, it must limit trades of its currency in the international capital market (it no longer has free international capital markets).
A country that chooses to have both unrestricted inter-national capital flows and an independent monetary policy can no longer influence its exchange rate and, therefore, cannot have a managed exchange rate.
Pieters and Vivanco (2016), government attempts to regulate the globally accessible bitcoin markets are generally unsuccessful, and, as shown in Pieters (2016), bitcoin exchange rates tend to reflect the market, not official exchange rates.
Should the flows allowed by bitcoin become big enough, all countries will have, by default, unrestricted international capital markets.
Thus, with bitcoin, (1)unrestricted international capital markets is chosen by default.
Therefore, the only remaining policy choice is between (2)managed exchange rates or (3)independent monetary policy.
If the country chooses (1) and (2), it must use reactive monetary policy to achieve the managed exchange rate.
If the country chooses (1) and (3), it must have a floating exchange rate because it has no remaining tools with which to maintain a managed exchange rate.
Ali et al. (2014), the European Central Bank (2015) and the Bank for International Settlements (2015) all concur that cryptocur- rencies may eventually undermine monetary policy.

The quality of Bitcoin’s monetary policy and the public’s confidence that the policy will be respected in the long-run is all what really matters.
For all of you out there, who believe that Bitcoin falls under the “crypto” umbrella, you could not be further from the truth.
“Crypto” is designated for the affinity scams that launched in Bitcoin’s shadow and attempted to leverage its pedigree and latch on to its narrative to sell useless tokens to unwitting noobs.
The scammers believe they can “beat” Bitcoin by providing a feature set and a “culture” more appealing to the masses and make individuals more likely to pick their favorite “crypto” over the best money humans have ever come in contact with.
As most people, these people couldn’t be more delusional.
The success of Bitcoin doesn’t depend on the “culture” of bitcoiners.
Bitcoin is a protocol that has no way of knowing the “culture” of its users.
If it is successful it will be used by many different people from many worldwide lands with very different cultures.
A cultural hold on a particular competitive landscape of social media doesn’t really impress no one at the end of the day.
What really matters is the quality of Bitcoin’s monetary policy and the public’s confidence that the policy will be respected in the long-run.
The best way to build confidence in that policy is to make the cost of attempting to change that policy, or falling out of line with the consensus rules of the network as high as possible.
Nothing in “crypto” comes close to Bitcoin in these regards, and that is because the Bitcoin network is slowly but surely integrating itself into the energy sector of the globe.
The execution risks associated with mining Bitcoin have become very high.
If a miner fucks up and falls out of consensus, they are punished materially by missing out on precious block reward payouts.
As the network becomes more integrated with the energy sector, these costs will rise and abiding by the monetary policy put forth by the network of full nodes will be paramount.
It happend in 2017 when the biggest corporate players and miners attempted to hard fork a block space increase that fell out of consensus with the full nodes on the network.
The unwillingness to follow consensus ruined reputations and lost a lot of miners a lot of money over the four years that have followed the hard fork.
This is the certainty for the people, that bitcoin is a suitable monetary good in the digital age.
All of “crypto” pretenters focused on speed, app building, and being less “energy intensive” have completely missed the plot and have relegated themselves to a hedonistic odd sand box filled with degenerate gamblers and low energy thinkers.
Bitcoin has already won because it has won the energy game.
This energy game is what will protect Bitcoin’s monetary policy in the long-run, being strongly incentivized by full nodes to do so.
Very few understand this and very few will ever understand that !!!
Napoleon Hill was an American author in the area of the new thought movement who was one of the earliest producers of the modern genre of personal-success literature.
He is widely considered to be one of the great writers on success.
His most famous work, Think and Grow Rich (1937), is one of the best-selling books of all time (at the time of Hill’s death in 1970, Think and Grow Rich had sold 20 million copies).
Hill’s works examined the power of personal beliefs, and the role they play in personal success.
He became an advisor to President Franklin D. Roosevelt from 1933 to 1936. “What the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve” is one of Hill’s hallmark expressions.
How achievement actually occurs, and a formula for it that puts success in reach of the average person, were the focal points of Hill’s books.
” The starting point of all achievement is DESIRE.
Keep this constantly in mind.
Weak desire brings weak results, just as a small fire makes a small amount of heat. “

If neither energy nor matter can be destroyed, of course life cannot be destroyed.
Life, like other forms of energy, may be passed through various processes of transition, or change, but it cannot be destroyed.
Death is mere transition.
